The City of Sioux City Animal Control Facility is operated under private contract with Hannah, Inc. Hannah Inc. is proud to operate the Animal Control and the Adoption & Rescue services under contract with the City of Sioux City, Iowa. They work very closely with Noah's Hope Animal Rescue, also based here in Sioux City.

Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Tuesday, Thursday:  9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
