The Field Services Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for providing snow and ice removal on Sioux City’s 500 miles of streets and alleys. Reasonable ice and snow control is necessary for routine travel and emergency services. The City will provide management of snow and ice removal in a safe and cost effective manner, keeping in mind safety, budget, personnel, and equipment. 

Requests for clearing snow on a public street or alley may be shared by contacting the Field Services office at 712-279-6886 or by completing the form below.
