The City of Sioux City received $300,000 in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields funding to complete 14 Phase I and eight Phase II environmental site assessments.  Site selection has begun and work on the assessments is underway.  Interested in learning more about Sioux City's Brownfields Program?  Please click HERE for a brochure in English and HERE for a brochure in Spanish.

Reuse Concepts

The City of Sioux City, in partnership with the consulting firm of HR Green, is in the process of developing a reuse plan for the property located at 2101 Court Street (Boys and Girls Home).  This plan will include input provided during a public meeting as well as the local Brownfields Advisory Committee.  Please click HERE to view the feedback summary.
