Sioux City offers 3 disc golf courses made possible through partnerships with the Parks & Recreation Department, the Mayor’s Youth Commission, and local businesses. All courses are FREE and open to the public during regular park hours. The only equipment needed is a disc. 

Disc golf is played much like traditional golf. A player begins by throwing the disc from the tee off box toward the hole. The player continues throwing the disc several more times until it is in the "hole", which is an above the ground basket.

Courses are located in the following parks:

• Grandview Park - Beginner course

• Leif Erikson Park - Intermediate course

• Sertoma Park - Advanced course
