This project includes the full reconstruction of Glenn Avenue from the west side of South Cecelia Street through the west side of South Rustin Street. The project will include the complete reconstruction/replacement of city utilities within the project limits.
The project includes the cleaning of storm sewers on Riverside Boulevard between Military Road and War Eagle Drive and includes the cleaning and televising of storm sewers
The project is located at 601 Douglas Street, Sioux City and includes reconstruction of the Police Station parking lot and adjacent alleyway.
The Siouxland Expo Center Project includes construction of a 103,827 square foot building constructed with a Pre-engineered Metal Building and typical structural framing. The building consists of a large sports / expo area, a climbing wall room, restrooms & locker rooms.
This project includes the full reconstruction of Pierce Street from 18th Street to 24th Street and includes street paving, sidewalks, ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, landscaping, lighting, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line improvements.
The Christy Road Sidewalk Improvements Project includes the construction of a 7 foot sidewalk on the north side of Christy Road beginning at the west side of the driveway located at 5000 ½ Overlook Lane & extending east to the west side of Sunnybrook Drive.
The project is located in the Jones Street Urban Renewal Area, improvements include storm sewer intakes and water main replacement as well as street curb and gutter, sidewalk, ramp, alley and street resurfacing.
The project is located at 401 Gordon Drive, and includes a Video and Scoreboard System per Plans and Specifications for the Tyson Events Center.
The Wesley Parkway Sidewalk Widening Project includes the widening of sidewalk along Wesley Parkway starting from the north end of the Siouxland Veterans Memorial Bridge ending at 3rd Street, and along 3rd Street from Wesley Parkway east to the west end of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s south park.
This project includes the cleaning and painting of hydrants within the City Limits.
The project is located at Lewis and Clark Park, 3400 Line Drive and includes reconstruction of parking lot.
The project is located at Stone Park Blvd from Hamilton Blvd to Pierce St, 5th St from Pierce St to Jennings St, 11th St from Jackson St to Floyd Blvd, and 14th St from Jackson St to Main St. The project includes the construction of new curb and gutter, sidewalk ADA ramps, and new asphalt overlay.
The project located at Zenith Water Treatment Plant & includes replacement of the existing potassium permanganate chemical feed system with a new sodium permanganate chemical feed system. Work includes piping, electrical, controls, pumps, mechanical improvements, and a fire suppression system.
The project is located at the Martin Building in downtown Sioux City at 400 Pierce Street and includes existing areaway abandonment along with related utility relocations and paving improvements.
Phase 1 includes the installation of approximately 5,000 LF of 16” water main through an established residential area of the city. Phase 2 and Phase 3 include the installation of approximately 14,000 LF of 16” water main through a mostly undeveloped part of the city. The combined LF is approx 19,000
The project is located on 20th Street from Jackson Street to Ingleside Avenue and includes the removal and replacement of the curb and gutter.
This project includes the bridge deck removal and replacement on the Military Road Bridge, new paving, sidewalks, driveways, street lights, DIP water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, service connections and cross street connections.
The project is located at the Sioux City Art Center, 225 Nebraska Street and includes the renovation of the existing interior space.
