Fiscal Management is responsible for financial systems, procedures, internal controls, reports on the City's financial condition and the budget processes. The division provides a variety of support services that include processing all construction contracts, accounts receivables, fixed asset management, self-insurance administration, grant management, project reviews, approving all purchase orders over $1,000, preparation on the City's five year capital improvement program, the annual operating budget, the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, debt management assistance. The division responds to information requests from the Mayor, City Council, and concerned citizens.
