Access your City utility account (water, sewer, solid waste and storm
drain fee) by clicking on the links below. Once you have activated your online
account you can pay your bill with a credit card, view/print your current or
past bills, view your usage graphically, see your account status, request
information on your utility account and provide a water meter read. If you are
purchasing a new home you may activate your utility service online. If you are
renting please call the Customer Service Center at 712-279-6132 or visit us, 405
