Basketball Programs Available Now
Sioux City Parks and Recreation is now accepting registration forms for all basketball programs. Girls basketball for grades 5-8th deadline is Wednesday, November 25 and the cost is $160.00 per team. Girls basketball league will play on Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Long Lines Family Rec Center. The league will offer a 7 game season with a tournament at the end of the season. Games will start December 8th. Officials are provided for all games.
Youth basketball 2010 registrations are now available. Youth basketball is for boys and girls ages 4-7 with games being held on Saturday mornings at the Long Lines Family Rec Center beginning January 9th. The fee is $25.00 and includes 2 t-shirts.
Registration forms are now available for Men’s basketball league. Play will begin on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010 at the Long Lines Family Rec Center. The league will consist of an 8 game season and a single elimination tournament. The cost of the league is $300 and registrations are due by January, 8, 2010. Officials are provided for all games.
