West High School Water Main Construction POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER
The City of Sioux City was scheduled to shut down the water main which serves West High and areas to the Southeast on October 21, 2009. This planned shut down was to allow a contractor working for the school system to move a water main that is in conflict with their building expansion. This shutdown has been postponed due to weather. A press release will be issued as soon as the work has been rescheduled. The shutdown may reduce the water pressure to some customers in this area. It is suggested that you try to limit your water usage to only necessity. If you have any questions please contact the Utilities Field Office at 279-6164.
