
PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommends policies and regulations for parks and recreation programs; the purchase, sale, lease, or exchange of any park property; establishes personnel levels necessary to operate and maintain the parks and recreation programs; reviews applications for grants or subsidies from any other unit of government; establishes the rates and conditions for services rendered to users of the parks and recreation facilities; develops educational materials about the parks and recreation programs; and assists in budget preparation.
